Property Inspection: We provide a detailed report of the condition of the property before residents move in. We also systematically inspect properties every 6 months to keep you apprised of the condition of the property. A final inspection is conducted prior to residents moving out to determine what needs to be done to get the property re-rented quickly. This type of schedule ensures that your asset retains its value and marketability.
Maintenance: We have a team of qualified vendors and maintenance people on call 24 hours a day. We charge your account for minor repairs but will solicit bids from vendors on large projects.
